Management Board of the Berg Holding S.A. with registered office in Katowice [Company, Issuer] in reference to the ESPI current report No. 38/2020 from October 9, 2020 [concerning concluding a development agreement covering the development of at least 25 photovoltaic farms projects by the interdepentent from Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. company Columbus&Farmy Sp. z o.o.] informs that as a result of the implementation of the company’s strategy, Farma F5 Sp. z o.o. signed a
contract for the lease of land for period of 29 years in order to build photovoltaic farm with a power of 1 MW.
