We pay special attention to our latest projects, namely heat pumps and photovoltaics. With the launch of the NETSU brand in 2020, we have become a manufacturer of heat pumps, distributing the equipment to both professional HVAC and residential customers. In turn, our activity in the area of e-commerce, including the acquisition of a stake in MERLIN GROUP S.A. is to strengthen the sales channel for all our businesses.

Berg Holding S.A. is a company that debuted on the NewConnect market in 2017. We are also planning to take steps to meet the conditions necessary to transfer the company’s listing to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. informs that on 9.09.2020 it received a grant for working capital under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020 in the amount of PLN 242,030.79. The Company undertakes to use the grant within the scope specified in the application and grant agreement, and in particular to cover costs related to financing working capital and the current operation of the company. The period of expenditure eligibility in the Project starts on 2020-07-01 and ends on 2020-09-30.
