SCHEDULE FOR THE PUBLICATION OF PERIODIC REPORTS IN 2021 BERG HOLDING SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA

The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered seat in Katowice (hereinafter: “the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby announces the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2021.

The reports will be published on the following dates:

– quarterly interim report for Q4 2020 – 12 February 2021

– quarterly interim report for the first quarter of 2021 – 14 May 2021

– quarterly interim report for Q2 2021 – 13 August 2021

– quarterly interim report for Q3 2021 – November 12, 2021

– annual interim report for 2020 – 28 May 2021.

Any changes to the dates of publication of periodic reports will be made public in the form of a current report pursuant to the rules set out in §6 Sec. 14.2 of Appendix 3 to the ATS Rules and Regulations.
