CHANGE OF THE DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THE REPORT FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2020 BERG HOLDING SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA

The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office in Katowice (hereinafter: (“Company”, “Issuer”), in reference to the current report EBI No 1/2021, informs about the change of the date of the publication of the report for the IV quarter of 2020.

The publication date of the report for Q4 2020 was set for 12 February 2021. As a result of the change of the date of publication of the report mentioned above, the new date of publication of the report for the fourth quarter of 2020 shall be determined on 15 February 2021.

Other periodic report publication dates indicated in the content of the current report EBI No 1/2021 remain unchanged, and possible date adjustments will be provided by the Company in the form of current reports.
