The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office in Katowice [Company, Issuer] informs that it has received information about registration by the Katowice-Wschód District Court in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Register Court, of three special purpose companies [SPVs], subsidiaries of Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A., i.e.:

1. Elektrownia Słoneczna 86 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice,
2. Elektrownia Słoneczna 95 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice,
3. Elektrownia Słoneczna 114 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice.

The SPVs will be responsible for the implementation of 3 photovoltaic farms with a capacity of not less than 50 MW and not more than 500 MW each.
