CHANGE IN THE POSSESSION OF BERG HOLDING S.A.

The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered seat in Katowice [“the Company”, “the Issuer”], hereby announces that the Company has received from Petterson Sp. z o.o. The Issuer” hereby gives notice that the Company received from Petterson Sp. z o.o. [“Shareholder”] a notification pursuant to Art. 69(2) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 [i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623] on the change in the Shareholder’s shareholding in the Issuer’s share capital and the total number of votes in the Company.
