ESTABLISHMENT OF A SUBSIDIARY COMPANY – FARMY FOTOWOLTAIKI S.A. – COLUMBUS&FARMY SP. Z O.O. – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FARMA F9 AND FARMA F10, IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT AT LEAST 4 PROJECTS OF THE CAPACITY OF 1 MW EACH BERG HOLDING S.A.

The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered seat in Katowice [Company, Issuer] in reference to the current report ESPI no. 3/2021 dated January 12, 2021, concerning concluding an agreement for the implementation of at least 4 photovoltaic farm projects of the capacity of 1 MW each, by a subsidiary company – Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. – Columbus&Farmy Sp. z o.o. [C&F] informs that the companies Farma F9 Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Katowice – a 100% subsidiary of C&F and Farma F10 Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Katowice – a 100% subsidiary of C&F – were established.

Farma F9 Sp. z o.o. and Farma F10 Sp. z o.o. will be responsible for implementation of at least 4 photovoltaic farms, each with a capacity of 1 MW.
