Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with registered office in Katowice [Company, Issuer] informs that the subsidiary company of the Issuer – NETSU S.A. concluded an agreement for the sale of heat pumps with additional devices for the total amount of PLN 568,796.20 net + VAT.

Under the concluded contract, NETSU S.A. granted the Buyar a 2-year warranty on the terms set out in the Civil Code and a 7-year warranty on the terms set out in the warranty documents. Moreover, either party may terminate the contract by mutual agreement of the parties. The remaining terms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used in this type of agreement.

In the opinion of the Issuer’s Management Board, the information on the conclusion of the sales contract is confidential information due to the fact that its implementation will have a significant impact on the financial income of the Issuer’s Capital Group.
