Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office in Katowice [Company, Issuer] informs that on April 12, 2021 on the crowdway.pl portal the process of accepting subscriptions for series C shares of the Issuer’s subsidiary, Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. [Subsidiary]. As a result of the crowdfunding campaign, the subsidiary obtained 4.050.000 PLN which means achieving the campaign’s goal.

The Issuer’s Management Board provides this information due to the fact that the taken actions will have an impact on the financial situation of the Issuer’s Capital Group.
