Report ESPI 30/2021
The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office in Katowice [Company, Issuer] in reference to the ESPI current report No. 23/2021 of April 8, 2021 on the launch of a franchise network, informs that a subsidiary of NETSU S.A. i.e. NETSU Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. concluded number of franchise agreement, setting out the terms of cooperation in the sale of heat pumps with the necessary equipment under the NETSU brand.
The concluded franchise agreement provides for the exclusive operation of a showroom in the:
- city of Gdańsk,
- city of Bielsko-Biała,
- city of Namysłów and the Namysłów district.
The plans for the development of the NETSU franchise network include the opening of 50 new distribution points in Poland by the end of 2021 and 120 new distribution points in 2022. Ultimately, the Company plans to open about 300 distribution points throughout the country.
In the opinion of the Issuer’s Management Board, information on concluding of three franchise agreement is confidential information due to the fact that its implementation will have a significant impact on the financial income of the Issuer’s Capital Group.
