The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office in Katowice [Company, Issuer] informs that it has received information about registration by the Katowice-Wschód District Court in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Register Court of the company
TERM-GO Sp. z o.o. [TERM-GO] in which the Issuer’s subsidiary NETSU S.A. [NETSU] acquired 67% of shares in the share capital.

The activities of the newly established company include, comprehensive performance of
thermo-energy installations at all stages of the investment project, from the preparation of the investment concept and construction design, through the construction and commissioning of the installation, to service care.

NETSU commitment in the TERM-GO is related to the implementation of the strategy for 2020-2022 in the field of building an investment and technical department.
